We create unforgettable dinners by pre-order at our Forest Restaurant, and craft beautifully intimate self-catered dining experiences in the villas. Our premium catering brings stunning moments beyond the resort as well.
Three Branches
The Wild is built on three branches that seamlessly intertwine into one service. For Hawkhill’s corporate and private guests, The Wild is a reservation-based restaurant. In the villas, The Wild is an experience delivered to your door by pre-order for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As part of the experience, you get to put the finishing touches on the meal following our guidance, exactly when the moment is right for you.
The Wild is also the heart of our premium catering. We create a stunning catering experience for any occasion. The gastronomic experience is at its best in our beautiful surroundings, bringing one-of-a-kind service to your celebration.
Our Dinners
We’ve built three distinct ways to dine as our guest. Lose yourself in our innovative and surprising menu. Dive into the ease and joy of shared dining. Or, if you want to experience the village traditions of the region and embrace the local spirit, the Casual dinner is your choice. All dinners are prepared by pre-order and are available for groups of 6 or more.
Wild & Innovative
Our four-course dinner is our showcase of refined, meticulously crafted, and inventive cuisine. Every flavor has a purpose, and the experience carries from start to finish.
Wild & Innovative is the freedom to create bold yet controlled innovation and a world of flavor. The menu is designed around the season of your event, and we always use the finest ingredients that are at the peak of their season and the height of their flavor.

Wild & Casual
The three-course dinner is meant to be shared. It’s a communal moment in the heart of village life. Dishes are served to the table, and the experience flows naturally from starter to dessert. Around an hour and a half is set aside – just enough to enjoy the evening without rush.

Wild & Shared
This warm-hearted dinner is served Family Style as shared dishes, where everyone gets to serve themselves and each other. At the center of it all is you, our guest. We want to offer you memories that you’ll share and revisit for years to come.
The menu is built around three courses: a starter, a main, and a dessert. The experience is designed around the season, drawing on flavors inspired by the Finnish forest and northern nature.
Drinks are part of the shared experience too. Wines are placed on the table, and guests can pour for one another – just as you would at home. If you’d like, we can recommend a selection of drinks to complement the meal.

Dining in Our Villas
When you arrive at your stunning lakeside villa, the fridge will be stocked with beautifully prepared meals and the kitchen set with dishes that are easy to finish yourself. With our simple instructions, you’ll have a delicious meal made from local ingredients on the table in about half an hour. For breakfast, you can bake our freshly prepared cinnamon buns until golden and set the table out on the terrace.
Villa meal packages from €240.
The package is designed for four guests, but you can add more diners through our online shop. The package also works perfectly for two to share.

Nothing beats a fresh bun
This is a flavor we’re proud of! The scent of cinnamon and cardamom fills the villa kitchen, and morning coffee by the lake always calls for a bun. We mix the dough and make the buns from scratch using flour from our own village. We freeze the cinnamon buns and deliver them to your villa, ready for a moment that the softness of a fresh bun can make even more unforgettable.
